Trichome Bros (“we,” “us”) runs trichomebros.com. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how to reach us.

What we collect
You give us information when you create an account, check out, join the newsletter, or email support.
That can include:
- Name, email, phone, and shipping address
- Billing details needed to complete payment (handled by the payment processor, we do not store full card numbers)
- Order history, pack contents, and support messages
- Account login if you create one
The site also collects technical data in the normal way: IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, and cookies. If you email us photos for a replacement claim, those photos are part of the claim file.

- Send the newsletter if you signed up

We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only what is needed to run the shop:
- Payment processors to take payment
- Shipping carriers to deliver the package
- Email / hosting / store tools that keep the site and mail running
- Professional advisors or authorities if the law requires it
We do not sell customer lists.
Cookies
The site uses cookies to keep a cart, keep you logged in, remember checkout, and understand how the shop is used. You can block cookies in your browser. The cart and login may stop working if you do.
Order and shipping mail is transactional. We send that when you buy.
Newsletter mail only goes to people who signed up. Unsubscribe using the link in the email or write info@trichomebros.com.
How long we keep it
Order and account records are kept as long as we need them for the shop, taxes, fraud, and claims. Replacement-claim photos are kept with that order file. You can ask us to close an account. We may still keep order records we are required to keep.
Your choices
Email info@trichomebros.com to:
- See what we have on your account
- Fix a name, email, or address
- Close an account
- Ask us to delete what we are allowed to delete
If you live in a state with extra privacy rights (including California), say so in the email and tell us what you want. We will not discriminate against you for making a request. We may need to verify it is you.
Kids
This shop is 21+. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If we learn that we did, we will delete it.
Security
We use standard protections for a web shop. No site is perfectly secure. Do not send card numbers to us by email.
Changes
We can update this page. The date at the top is the current version. Keep using the site after a change and you accept the new version.
