These terms govern trichomebros.com and any order you place. By using the site or checking out, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, the Legal / Disclaimer, Shipping & Delivery, and the Replacement Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Eligibility
You must be 21 or older. You confirm that when you create an account or place an order.
You also confirm you have checked the laws that apply to you. Packs are sold as novelty / souvenir collectibles and contain 0% THC. Full product rules are on the Legal / Disclaimer page.
Accounts
You are responsible for your login and for orders placed on your account. Tell us if you think someone else used it. We can refuse, lock, or close an account if we see fraud, abuse, or a violation of these terms.
Products and prices
Listings can change. Stock, pack sizes, and prices are not a binding offer until we accept the order and payment clears.
If a listing is wrong (price, pack size, strain name) and we catch it before shipment, we will contact you or cancel the unshipped order and refund what you paid for that item.
Photos and line notes are examples. Phenotypes vary. We do not warrant that a pack will match a photo or a single garden result.
Orders and payment
Submitting a checkout is an offer to buy. We can decline or cancel an order, including if payment fails, the address looks wrong, stock is gone, or we believe the order violates these terms or the law.
Payment must clear before we ship. We do not take full card numbers by email.
Shipping
U.S. only. Same or next business day after payment clears, excluding weekends, U.S. federal holidays, and dates we announce. Free U.S. shipping at $100+. One reship per order if a package does not arrive.

Replacements
Genetics are not returnable for a change of mind and are not refunded in cash for a failed seed.
Documented germination fails on packs bought on this site may be replaced 1-for-1 under the Replacement Policy. Window is 30 days from delivery. Photos and order number required.
Merch follows the same shipping rules. Germination terms do not apply to shirts or other non-seed items. Unworn merch issues, email us with photos before you assume anything.
Prohibited use
You may not:
- Use the site if you are under 21
- Use the site or the products for any illegal purpose
- Scrape the catalog, attack the site, or probe it
- Pretend to be someone else
- Resell our packs as your own genetics or steal our photos and copy
We can cancel orders and ban buyers who do this.
Reviews and messages
If you leave a review or email us, you give us permission to use that content to run the shop (including posting a review). Do not send anything illegal or anything you do not have the right to send.
Intellectual property
The site, logo, photos, strain names as we use them here, and product copy are owned by Trichome Bros or used with permission. You get a limited right to use the site to shop. You do not get the brand.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site and the products are provided as available. We do not add warranties beyond the Replacement Policy and Shipping page. Legal / Disclaimer applies to the products.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Trichome Bros and its owners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or legal problems that come from how you use the products after delivery.
Our total liability tied to any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Some states do not allow certain limits. If those rules apply to you, some of the language above may not apply in full.
Indemnity
You will hold Trichome Bros harmless from claims that come from your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or your use of the products in a way that breaks the law where you are.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a court has to get involved, you agree to the state or federal courts that sit in the United States of America, unless the law requires otherwise.
Changes
We can update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version. The version that applies to an order is the one live when you paid.
