What we sell

Trichome Bros packs are sold as novelty / souvenir collectibles.

The seeds themselves contain 0% THC. Product pages describe genetics, lineage, and collector traits. They are not a license to cultivate, and they are not a claim that purchase is legal where you live.

You must check federal, state, and local law before you order. Laws differ by city and they change. We do not decide legality for you.

Age

You must be 21 or older to use this site and to place an order. By checking out you confirm that you are 21+.

We can cancel an order if we believe the buyer is under 21.

Your responsibility

You agree that:

• You have checked the laws that apply to you
• You will not use this site or these products for any illegal purpose
• You will not ask us to help you break those laws
• Once the package is in your hands, what you do with it is your responsibility

Trichome Bros is not liable for seizures, fines, lost packages after a confirmed delivery scan, or any use that does not comply with the law where you are.

No cultivation advice

We do not publish how-to grow guides on this site. We do not provide growing instructions by email.

Product pages may list collector-facing details already on the pack listing (line, lineage, pack size, advertised germ rate). That is product information, not a cultivation manual.

Staff can refuse a conversation or an order if it looks like the buyer is asking us to assist with illegal activity.

No medical claims

Nothing on this website has been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Descriptions of aroma, appearance, or “effects” on product pages are marketing language for collectible genetics, not medical advice.

Where we ship

We ship inside the United States only. The address at checkout is the address we use.

We may refuse or cancel an order headed to a location we cannot or will not serve. If we add restricted states later, they will be listed on Shipping & Delivery and blocked at checkout when we can.

Passing customs, local inspection, or a carrier scan does not mean the purchase was legal in your jurisdiction.

Orders, replacements, and refunds

Genetics are not returnable for a change of mind.

• Lost or damaged shipments: Shipping & Delivery, one reship per order
• Seeds that fail to germinate: Replacement Policy, documented claims only, 30 days from delivery, 1-for-1 replacement, no cash refund

Those two pages are the entire remedy. This disclaimer does not add extra warranties.

Photos, line notes, days-to-finish ranges, yield notes, and reviews are provided as-is. Phenotypes vary. We do not guarantee that a pack will match a photo or a single garden result.

We may correct errors, end a drop, or change prices without notice. If we catch a listing error before the order ships, we will contact you or cancel and refund the unshipped order.

Intellectual property

Trichome Bros names, logos, photos, and product copy are ours. Do not copy listings, steal photos, or resell our packs as your own work.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Trichome Bros and its owners are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or the products.

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Some states do not allow certain limitations. If those rules apply to you, some of the language above may not apply in full.

Privacy and terms

The Privacy Policy and Terms of Service are part of the same agreement as this page. So are Shipping & Delivery and the Replacement Policy.
